The upward neck kiss is a bodyweight exercise targeting the neck and platysma muscles. It involves tilting the head back and puckering the lips upward to tone the muscles under the chin and along the front of the neck.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright with your shoulders relaxed.
  2. Tilt your head back slowly until you are looking at the ceiling.
  3. Pucker your lips as if kissing upward toward the ceiling.
  4. Hold the kissing position for 5 seconds, feeling the contraction under the chin and along the neck.
  5. Slowly return to the neutral position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
