The jawline stretch is a bodyweight exercise targeting the neck and jaw muscles. It involves lateral head tilting combined with jaw protrusion to stretch and lengthen the muscles along the jawline.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Tilt your head gently to the right side toward your shoulder.
  3. Move your lower jaw forward and slightly upward to feel a stretch along the left side of the jaw and neck.
  4. Hold the stretch for 10–15 seconds.
  5. Return to the neutral position and repeat on the opposite side.
  6. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
