The neck resistance press is a bodyweight exercise targeting the neck muscles using isometric contraction. It involves pressing the head against the resistance of the hand in multiple directions to strengthen the neck.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Place your palm flat against your forehead.
  3. Press your head forward into your palm while resisting the movement with your hand.
