The tongue circle is a bodyweight facial exercise targeting the tongue and surrounding facial muscles. It involves rotating the tongue in circular motions inside the mouth to tone and strengthen the muscles of the jaw and cheeks.

How to do it

  1. Sit upright with your mouth closed.
  2. Press your tongue against the inside of your cheek and move it in a slow, circular motion.
  3. Complete a full circle along the inside of your upper lip, then across the upper teeth, down the inside of the opposite cheek, and back.
  4. Perform 5 circles in one direction, then reverse.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
