The wall frog pose inner thigh stretch is a bodyweight flexibility movement targeting the inner thighs. Performed on the back with knees open and feet resting on the wall, it uses gravity and wall support to deepen the stretch through the adductor muscles.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your hips close to the base of the wall.
  2. Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet against the wall, feet together.
  3. Allow your knees to drop open to the sides, pressing toward the wall in a frog position.
  4. Gently press your lower back into the floor and feel the stretch along the inner thighs.
  5. Hold for 20-30 seconds, then slowly bring your knees back together.
