Chest and Arm Stretch is a bodyweight stretching exercise targeting the pectorals and anterior deltoids. It involves clasping the hands behind the back and opening the chest to relieve tightness and improve upper body flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and interlace your fingers behind your back.
  2. Straighten your arms and gently pull them downward and away from your body.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and lift your chest, feeling a deep stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders.
  4. Hold for 20-30 seconds, then release.
  5. Repeat as desired.
