The arm butterfly with bottle stretch is a bodyweight exercise using bottles as light resistance. It targets the deltoids through a wide butterfly motion, warming up the shoulders and upper chest while improving range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a bottle in each hand at your sides.
  2. Raise both arms out to the sides to shoulder height, palms facing down.
  3. Slowly bring both arms forward and cross them in front of your chest in a butterfly motion.
  4. Open the arms back out to the sides and return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
