The frog rock to knee lift is a dynamic hip mobility and stability exercise. It combines the rocking motion of the frog stretch with an alternating knee lift, challenging hip flexor strength, adductor flexibility, and balance in the frog position.

How to do it

  1. Begin in a frog position on all fours with your knees wide and feet turned out.
  2. Gently rock your hips backward toward your heels.
  3. Rock forward and at the end of the forward rock, lift one knee off the floor.
  4. Return the knee to the floor and rock back again.
  5. Continue alternating knee lifts for the desired repetitions.

Form cues
