Frequently asked questions

How often should I do the seated side reach stretch?

You can perform this stretch daily, especially after sitting for long periods or as part of a mobility routine.

What if I feel this in my lower back instead of my side?

Ensure you are leaning strictly to the side rather than twisting or collapsing your torso forward toward the floor.

Can I do this stretch in an office chair?

Yes, sitting in a stable chair with your feet flat on the floor is a great alternative if sitting cross-legged is uncomfortable.
